Child Pick-Up Policy

First Alliance Church Toccoa has set the following Release Policy

Team Members will not release a child to a teenager or adult without complete certainty that the parents or parents’ representative is receiving the child. We will need a list of the names of people who have permission to pick your child up at the end of the event. Once your child has been released to you or your authorized representative, First Alliance Church Toccoa is no longer responsible to monitor your child for safety and security.

Pick-Up Authorization
Please include any Parents/Guardians and authorized representatives who may pick up your child/children from FACT – additional names may be given during check-in as needed.
