First Alliance Church of Toccoa is forming a short-term missions trip to Envision Atlanta in April 2026. The dates are April 24-26 and the cost is $175. This cost would cover lodging and meals. If you would be interested in this ministry, please contact Jarvis Crosby.

Our annual AWANA Grand Prix will be held Saturday, April 25 at 5:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall.  

Toccoa Falls College Singing Men will be singing at FACT on April 26 at 6:00 pm, in the Sanctuary. 

It's time to start & finish your annual Risk Management Training. You must complete the questionnaire and have a completed background check before your ministry begins. Go to https://www.factoccoa.com/riskto begin. 

Our annual stuff sale will be held on Saturday, May 2 in the Family Life Center from 8:00 am -  12:00 pm. We are now accepting donations for the sale. Currently we don't have much stuff! Can you help by donating stuff you don't want any more. Pack them up and drop them off at the FLC, on the lower-level classroom nearest bathrooms. If you'd rather sell your own stuff, you can reserve an 8' table for $20. All proceeds from tables and donations will go to support our kids going to Powertime Camp. 

Please join us in celebrating the first child of Simah and Jacob Head on at a baby shower on Sunday, May 3 from 3:00-4:00 pm in the Family Life Center Multi-Purpose Room. They are registered at amazon.com. 

Awana store night is happening May 13th. Children from pre-K through 6th grade will be “shopping“ with their hard-earned shares, from memorizing verses and completing workbook sections.  Age-appropriate donations would be appreciated. Please drop items in the AWANA box placed in the front office area at the children's entrance no later than Sunday, May 10th. 

There will be a Congregational Meeting on Sunday, May 17, 2026, to approve the 2026-2027 budget and to elect officers for the coming year. Both the slate of officers and the budget will be posted in the foyer and by the church office. According to our bylaws, "The Nominating Committee shall post its slate of nominees at least four (4) weeks prior to the annual elections. Any time during the following three (3) weeks any Church member may submit to the members of the Nominating Committee other names that he/she would like to see placed in nomination for the position to be filled. If the committee finds the person qualified for the position, the person’s name may be placed on the ballot. If for any reason an individual is found to be unqualified, the reason shall be given to the person who submitted the individual’s name."  All submissions should be given to Pastor Luke.  All members should plan to attend this meeting.

Monthly Prayer Focus - The Work of Envision Atlanta

Pray for the work of Envision Atlanta as they seek to reach the peoples of the world by reaching Atlanta/Clarkston.  Pray for opportunities to meet physical and spiritual needs, the identification of persons of peace, and for the Gospel to take root in children, teens, and adults. Pray for First Alliance as we go to Envision Atlanta this month on a short-term missions trip. May the Lord open doors and provide the right resources that will allow us to personally engage the world in our own backyard with the good news of Jesus.
