As we approach the end of the 2019-2020 ministry year, we have some membership business to take care of to be ready for 2020-20201. Because of the current limitations on gathering, the Admin Board has authorized us to adapt how we do voting and budget approval. All members should have received by now via email (or mail if you don’t have an email address) the Nominating Committee report and the proposed budget for 2020-2021. The Admin Board is also recommended we adopt a by-law revision related to alternate congregational voting provisions if we were to find ourselves in this position again. The communication provides information for how to submit additional nominations, if desired, and how we will conduct voting.
