Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) are ordinary people who take a little time to volunteer each month to represent a child that has been removed from their home to ensure that the child has all their physical, emotional, and educational needs met and that they are returned to a safe, permanent home as soon as possible.
Find out what being a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care is all about! You will have a brief courtroom experience then enjoy light refreshments while we share details about our mission. Discover how you can be an everyday hero on either Tues, Jan. 16 (in Hartwell) or Fri, Jan. 19 (in Carnesville). Call 706-886-1098 or visit northeastgacasa.org for more. #EngagetheWorld
